Off-grid communication devices that enable neighbors to stay connected independent of the internet or cell network. Examples include a set of mesh network routers (that create a local intranet or share wifi in a grid), ham radio starter kits for a neighborhood net, or LoRa text messengers for emergency contact. This establishes a communication backbone for community coordination that can't be easily shut down.
