Pets are dependents on the first clock. Many public shelters will not take them. The national page is the template; the street fact is which neighbor can take a crate and which motel on the evacuation route allows dogs. Terrarium is not a CERT program, not a county OEM, and not FEMA-endorsed. This is a handshake: shared language and a place to start, not a substitute for official response.
